Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfy beds, although there was a small issue with finding sweet wrappers behind the bedside table. The service was friendly and helpful, but there is room for improvement in the facilities. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and very convenient for travelers.
The hotel had spacious rooms that were a bit chilly, but I found an electric heater in the wardrobe to keep warm. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who were always helpful. The location was excellent, perfect for exploring Hythe and the countryside. The dining experience offered delicious meals with quality products. Overall, a great stay with minor room temperature issues.
The hotel is situated in a lovely village setting with a local shop nearby, making it great for Eurotunnel travelers. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the 4-poster bed added a nice touch. However, some areas are starting to show their age. The service was good overall, with the new owners making daily improvements, though the room allocation confusion was a minor hiccup. The location was beautiful and conveniently close to the Channel Tunnel, perfect for my needs. The dining experience, while nice, required asking for extra toast, but the overall quality was excellent.
