The hotel had spacious rooms that were a bit chilly, but I found an electric heater in the wardrobe to keep warm. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who were always helpful. The hotel is situated in a lovely village setting with a local shop nearby, making it great for Eurotunnel travelers. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the 4-poster bed added a nice touch. However, some areas are starting to show their age. The service was good overall, with the new owners making daily improvements, though the room allocation confusion was a minor hiccup. The location was beautiful and conveniently close to the Channel Tunnel, perfect for my needs.
